Introductory Call
10 minutes
Initial phone or video call to answer any questions about our services and pricing.
No parent education, advice, or training provided during the call.
You will receive an email back between 24-48 hours with available time slots.
FREE = This is a one time service only.
Initial Visit/Evaluation
50 minute virtual visit
Prior to your initial visit, you will be required to complete our registration forms.
This provides our specialists with the necessary information to prepare for your visit in order to maximize the time with you and your child during the visit.
If you require a written report, this will be an additional cost of a
50 minute skilled physical therapy session
(written reports only available with skilled physical therapy evaluations).
Consultation = $200
Skilled PT Evaluation = $600
